Ok, I have a: Stupid Question
What is a murry grey? I have never heard of them...are they a combination of breads? (like a beefmaster)?

The Murray Grey is a breed that originated in the upper Murray River valley in Australia. On the border between New South Wales and Victoria. In an area just to the west of our Australian Alps. They are said to be Shorthorn out of an Angus base. Check out the Murray Grey Beef Cattle site. OK Jeanne will fill you in more about them from a US point of view. I don't like them that much but appreciate their good points. Calving ease and good temperament.They are consistent winners of lead steer and carcase comps here in Australia.
