When the last mission to the moon arrived back on earth laden with moon rocks NASA decided that as they had all the samples they would ever need that it would be good PR to distribute some to the universities of the world.Apparently every major uni in the world received a sample with the exception being the royal university of Dublin.By the time the mistake had been discovered all the rock was gone.In order to avoid a political storm NASA sent their scientist into the nearby fields to collect rocks to be passed off to the irish as real moon rocks,assuming there was little difference any way and surely they of all people would not know the difference.
Within a short time frame the Dublin uni published a paper in all the scientific journals of the world proclaiming that it indeed it was now proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the cow had jumped over the moon
