lots of people got fertilize out on their fields last week. We have gotten around 5 inches i hear since yesterday morning. Reckon any of the fertilizer went in the ground where it was spread?

I was trying to get some spread on our hay ground, but could not find the time. Now, im glad it worked out that way.

Its flooded everywhere around me. Including my basement.

Oh no! My fruit trees just bloomed today. Going to miss the fruit again this year.

I have one pear tree that is in full bloom. I was planning on saving some seed from it this year to replant because it is over 30 years old. I hope some of the blooms make it so I can harvest some seed.

I hope Lucky_P or someone will chime in but although peach can be grown from seed instead of having to graft like most fruit trees, if grafted they will produce fruit much faster.
I think peach is one of the very few fruits that will hold the characteristics of the parent tree if grown from seed, so go for it.
