My wife came up with this for our MNF watch parties. Since she started making it it has been a big hit every Monday night and it is very simple.
Regular pillsbury canned biscuits. (amount depends on serving size)
Hamburger meat or pepperoni, or both.
Regular canned tomato sauce
Bag of grated mozzarella American mixed cheese.
Brown hamburger meat. Mash biscuits out on cookie pan into a crust. Spread tomato sauce over biscuit crust, and cover in cheese. Add hamburger meat, then more cheese and pepperoni if desired. I like to add Jalapeno peppers to mine. Put in oven for 8-10 minutes. Very easy, and very good.
