i used the removal form myself just now, so i'll check it in 48 hrs to make sure it worked. just sent an email to dexonline.com to see if they would remove the number and addy from there site too. couldn't find a way to remove it from switchboard.

i have went thru a few other sites like peoplsearch.com, intelus.com and some more but you have to pay to look at the names and stuff. so if someone was really interested they could find out, but i don't know if too many ppl would be willing to pay the activation fee. its not much. like $10 or so, but still

there are tons of sites that do this. some of them just give the address & not directions but then all you have to do is go to mapquest with the address & it'll give you directions. there are also free locator sites that'll give you a person's age as well.
