Our MDA called a press conference yesterday and explained that H1N1 really should not have been "named" swine flu....that the virus is not caught from eating pork or from pigs, it is caught human to human. Today the news stations are reporting all related stories to the correct term as H1N1 virus. Thanks MDA! :clap:

WHO announced that earlier that the "flu" is to be referred by it's actual name H1N1 but it is too late the ban on American and Canadian pork is already happening.

And people wonder why we don't respect them and their countries.. Stupidity is no excuse for their behaviour..

Yes, the news media has announced that it is not related to swine - BUT, they keep showing a picture of a pig when they discuss the topic :shock:

I just read an article that stated that pigs are actually more susceptible than humans, because a pig can actually catch the flu from a human!
