Mexican cattle

I realize this is a long shot, but I'm a hungry young man trying to get my foot in the door trading Mexican cattle. I have access to the mexican cattle, I am now working on a place to go with them. I'm curious if there is anyone on here that feeds, backgrounds, or runs Mexican cattle on grass, winter wheat, etc., or if anyone on here knows people that do and would be willing to put me in contact with them? I have a handful of questions I'd like to ask.

Mate I'm an Australian, so I haven't run Mexican cattle and don't know what they are. I used to run Monaro cattle buy them cheap and lean, put an good feed and grow out. If that's the similar thing your doing then: count them off the truck, vaccinate drench and ear mark/ tag, then give them as much feed as you can.
