Metal building vs Wood building

Carpenter bee's are bad in wood buildings, but when you have woodpeckers going after the carpenter bee's you have a real mess. We have saw dust and wood chips scattered everywhere at our camp from the dang pest.

An older building that had nails used to attach the metal will eventually have the nails pulled up from wind. Then eventually water enters somewhere and the rot starts! Screws were a great improvement.
