Add melted butter and yogurt;</p><p></p><p>½ to l minute. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. By hand stir in carrots and coconut. Pour into loaf pans filling ½ to ¾ full which have been well greased & floured. Bake at 325 -350 for about 30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Remove and pour glaze over bread after you have pricked the top with a fork to make slight holes for the glaze.</p></blockquote><p></p>
