thanks bama, but what i am looking for is a bulletin that is put out by the state that offers different items for sale.

some states have them and they are put out about twice a month. texas may not have one???

thanks caustic.

the name market bulletin might be a little misleading in this case, but la and ms have what they call a market bulletin that you can subscribe to. it is filled with ads of all types of things for sale. tractors, cattle, supplies, bees and honey, etc etc,, you name it and it might be in there.

i wasnt able to find one in tx, and after some further checking, i dont think tx even has one. as many people as we have on these boards from tx, if there was one, i figure someone would have posted it by now.

this is the ms bulletin.

I don't know of a publication like that for Texas - it would be too big  I would like to see one though it would have to be broken down by region. I look in the http://www.americanclassifieds.com for ads. I have pretty much found everything I was looking for somewhere, and this is where I list my heifers and fire/BBQ wood for sale. I've sold everything I've listed. It is broken out by print area online.

thanks JB and AZ, those look to be some good sites.

and sidney, you are right, i would probably get tired of reading thru a statewide bulletin for texas  it would have to be broken up some.

thanks again to all,

jt
