Mad Cow Disease

I am a high school student and Iam doing a report over mad cow disease and was woundering if any onw could give me a few things over the disease? I have some stuff but i really need alot and i dont really know where to look. thanks for all the help.

Dyann had a very good post on BSE; I think it was in December right after the BSE hit. If someone would remember where at or if Dyann would post it again, I think it would be very helpful and interesting to this student and also to some of the new readers of this board.
