This is the same missile they were testing the engine that was for it. It blew up and killed a group of their engineers and scientist. Spread radio material every where. Their aircraft carrier caught fire in port. They have had subs catch on fire under water and kill the whole crew. Plus Russia does not have enough hard assets to last very long in a real fight. All of their money is in the hands of the rich oligarchs over there and they will not turn it lose.
