Lutylase abortion question

I got a heifer get bred too young. She was palpated & it felt like she was about 3 months bred. She was given a lutylase shot to abort.
I've had to do this before.
How long does it take for her to slip the fetus?

Seems like 3 months is starting to get to the outer edge of when lute by itself will cause them to slip. If she hasn;t come into heat in week to 10 days I would hit her with lute and dex.
