You'veprobably missed the window of opportunity. The cow should be starting to dry off. It can't hurt to try grafting a calf on her, but know up front you may have to take over and bottle feed the calf. If she takes it, she may start producing enough milk again. Hard to tell, kind of depends on the cow.
