Looks like wart on eye

I have a heffer that has a wart looking growth on her right eye lid it is sticking out about an inch and a half and is about as big around as a as a gum ball has light color and dark color mixture, Is this a wart or something else if it is a wart what needs to be done? Will it go away on its on?
