Looks like there is a new plug in the pipeline

Help Support CattleToday:

We're getting a couple of bids for a new AC and furnace installation. Thought everything was lined up and discovered today a 3 1/2 AC condenser unit is not available in Kansas City. Can change brands, same specs, and get one in Wichita.

I'm suggesting is anyone needs a new AC, don't wait until it's toast in 90 deg weather.

Here's a report on the shipping situation and an idea of what might be ahead. Just this week the truck drivers went on strike at the Los Angeles and Long Beach Ports. Look at the container ships waiting to get in to unload.

Note: be sure HVAC dude installs a secondary drain line. Why? When/if the main one clogs (they do...sometimes), then the backup water will flow to secondary and outside instead of backing up and causing BIG problems. Secondary line draining should alert you that there is a problem in AC system.
Important to perform yearly maintenance before using AC. Good luck!

There is a main rail line from the Northwest ports running east by here. There is 6 - 8 trains 2 miles long with double stacked containers going by every day. That is an awful lot of goods being made some where else being shipped into this country.
