Yepper for us anyway. Predictions of precip, at least through DJF contradict NOAA estimates and my current real life experiences. I have been a fan of theirs for years in their ability to reasonably predict weather activities over a year in advance. If this keeps up the hay "glut" we had this year will be needed in 2018. Hopefully spring has a better resemblance to reality.
