Looking for miniature hereford bred cows

Does anyone know where I could buy a couple registered,polled, mini hereford cows that are bred? I've been looking high and low with no luck. I've heard time and time again that everything is for sale at the right price, but I've been looking since last August and can't find any! Thanks
