Local County Association Activities

My local county cattlemen's association would like to<br> be more pro active in our community. This would <br>involve giving local scholarships, contributions to <br>certain charities and other community involvement.<p>I would like to hear what other groups or associations<br>are doing in this area and how they are raising their <br>funds.<p>Thanks for any help!<br>

We have an auction at our annual meeting. Each officer plus the queen and princess bake a cake. they bring about $200 each and usually sell to banks or business. Members are also asked for donations of items to be auctioned.
