Loading a Lame Cow ?

We built a ramp out of old 2x8's and attached a heavy duty ratchet strap to the trailer and around her behind. Slow going but she made it. And pooped all over the strap.

Or find a low spot, even dig one out with the bucket of your tractor/loader.

Not ideal but you could let the air out of the back tires.
 
If you have access to a hog cart with a hydraulic lift, you could raise it up level with the back of the trailer.
I agree with Bird dog, I would be much more concerned about how she unloads at the plant.
