Liquid feed

Does anybody use liquid feed in there herd mgmt? We have been feeding 32% protein.

I feed a 32% QLF product. Helps them in lean times.

I keep it out for my cows while I'm feeding hay.

We feed it year round for spring calvers, every season but summer for fall calvers, and weaning through prebreeding for heifers. We use Mix 30 on everything but registered cattle and heifers.

I've used it a couple of years but only to supplement lower quality hay. I fertilize my pastures so growing grass is high in protein and does not require supplementation.
