Leasing Cows

I am considering leasing out several of my cows since I can no longer keep a great number on my property. I person interested will AI them and give me a share of the calf profit. I cannot find a lease form on the internet or local government offices. I assume it will be similiar to a mare lease. If anyone has a source for one it would be appreciated.

There is no set formula for leasing cows. It depends on the area, who provides what, and the cycle of the market. I have seen them range from a 50/50 to an 80/20. You need to decide what's fair and what your happy with.
