LD Capitalist 316 son

I'm looking to at a capitalist 316 son who is out of a good looking cow. Never bought anything registered and honestly have no clue what to make of all the EPD stuff.

Here's a pic of the dam's info. She looks good.

The animal im looking at is 17 to 18 months old, weighing 140 pounds. Been on a 1% body weight growing ration. He is not fat. Looks about right to not fall apart.

Anything to shy away from? Asking price is $1850. Hasn't had a BSE. Is a BSE something I should offer to do before I buy the animal? Or just roll the dice?

Could not get a good picture. Owner wasn't home so didn't get in the lot with them. He looks decent. And its from a neighbor. Just want to see his balls hanging. It was cold and windy. Lol

Your pic is of 316's AAA info, not the dam of your potential purchase. BSE is a MUST!! And if the seller is not doing one himself, that's a red flag for sure

Side view looks good. 1st pic showing his topline looks horrible to me. Way too narrow - but - it's a pic. You can see him live.
Price is right - but yes, HE should provide a BSE.
