Late frost on the way..........

That sounds nice right now...fells a lot hotter than the 83F the thermometer says it is right now.

Didn't get the rain the dam weather liars were promising either.

Didn't get it today either.

Define a "late" frost. We had a light frost the last three mornings. It is only May 7 today. It is sort of normal weather.

Our last frost around here averages around April 20, and it's not necessarily a killer, so this is a bit late for us. I haven't turned the heat off yet. It's been a cold spring here. There are still some trees that has no sign of a leaf. There is a bush in my lawn that I cut down to stubs every few years. By now, it's usually waist high. This year, it's just starting to bud.
