Missed an opportunity to meet Mr. Lasater the other day. Couldn't leave the herd while he was touring the ranch with my boss. What a disappointment.

I met Mr. Lasater a few times and he is a great man. Truly a pleasure to visit with and get to learn from. You might already have, but if you haven't, read the Lasater book. I really enjoyed it and have tried to use some of the philosophies in my herd.
