To get the best result(Large&Beefy) I was thinking crossing brahman w/ hereford. I also like angus, but I would get beefy, but smaller cattle, Right? what do you think?
The breeds which come to mind are Simmental (I can think of a couple 3600 lb bulls out there) and Chianina, but there is likely something else out there I'm not thinking of!

> thinking of! How about Holsteins? We've got one well over 6'4" haven't weighed him tho. My husband says Brahmans can get real big, too.
