land leasing

Going to lease 4 acres next door to me for five years for the price of cleanup and fencing. Need to find a form somewhere for a lease agreement type thing. Anyone have a clue to point me in the right direction?

See an attorney. And/or contact Livestock and/or Rangeland department at your State's University.

May depend on which State you are in as to "containment law" to prevent you from being liable for having an escaped animal.

You can also try the USDA office in your county.. they generally have sample lease forms available.
