Land in South MO and North AR

Hello All,

I am a student at College of the Ozarks in south MO. My family and I are looking for some land to buy in this area. It needs to be within a half hour of the college so that my siblings and I can commute. We are looking for 20+ acres of bare land, enough room for home/homes, cattle, goats, and a big garden.

I am wondering if anyone knows of any such land for sale?
