I had noticed the add at the bottom of the CT pages and I decided to click on it and check it out thye are advertizing steaks for $37lb burger for over $7.00
Do city folks actually buy this stuff at these prices

Definitely! Add to that natural grass fed beef, organic beef, kosher beef, etc.

People buying those "choice" high priced cuts include "purists", executives buying a gift for clients and others, people sending gifts to others and don't mind the cost (also such companies as "Figis" gift boxes of stuff, etc.) but want the convenience of online or other mail order options.

It is a very lucritive nitch market... However, a lot of health department controls, product liability insurance issues, expensive next day or 2nd day air shipments (UPS, FedEx) and cold packaging issues, etc.

yes I noticed that and also that other brands of grass fed beef aren't really grass fed
trying to dig a little there aren't they :lol: :lol:
