Knot under eye?

Hey everybody,I need some input on a calf that will be 3 months on 6/11/13. All of the sudden this knot has developed directly under his left eye. I would say if you cut a tennis ball in half and put it there it would be pretty close to the same size. It appears to be hard. But,I've been unable to caught him rubbing it on anything to see for sure how hard it is. There is nothing draining out of it. He appears to be feeling just fine,runs and jumps and eats just fine.Let me know what you all think. I was unable to get a good pic of it. :tiphat:
