knot in neck

I have a heifer that has a knot on her neck under the skin the size of a large egg. some said it look like wevel. have you ever heard of it in cattle?.I know squrrels.cat and rabbits do . please help with any info.

I have some questions for you on your post on the beginners board regarding this heifer. Though it is indicative of an "issue" (for lack of better word), it is not uncommon ~ and rarely an emergency. Please answer questions on Beginners Board.

I'll repeat what I said on the beginner's board.
I think that he means "warble". The grub that lives under the skin that is caused by a fly.
