Just an opinion, I think that maybe years ago in the past pasturized milk may have had health advantages over raw, before a good grasp of bangs came along and it got well controlled. Uncooled milk sitting in metal cans outside the parlor waiting for the milk wagon to come pick it up, unsanitary milking conditions and equipment, etc. Like many things, stuff that was really a beneift years in the past are just carry overs today and don;t really have much practical importance now.

And then the milkman left it on the front porch by the door until you found it later in the day.
 
We don't drink it from our tank either, mainly because I was raised in the city and grew up on store milk-its what U are use to is what U do.

Absolutely...just like some folks on here eating possum and lutefish...others can't stand the thought. :lol2: :lol2:
