Just a crazy rant . . . VETS!!!!

How's this for a vet with balls.The only large animal practice in the city took two weeks off for Christmas.The office was closed, you couldn't even get meds from them.My clinic two hours away took Christmas day and New Years off and always have one or two vets on call.

Well look at it this way hillsdown it could have been worse your vet could have started flopping at the mouth about water belly and a female penis. Telling you to THINK PEOPLE THINK. No information is better than wrong information. ;-)

I agree that there is nothing worse than wrong information;however I must say that I had never heard of water belly before that thread and it did make me pull out my vet book and do a lot of reading.So in that case discrepancies make a person learn more ;-) .

Also when we dairied my husband disagreed with the vets prognoses a lot of times and luckily for him his "gut instinct" was right most of the time.
