Wanted to pass on something we did on the advice from an oldtimer vet from the bitterroot valley. MT. Our sale barn calf had joint ill/septecemia and was very ill for 2 months. Wed been giving nuflor aggressively with no relief. We truly thought the end was near, she couldnt walk but was alert and had an appetite, so we did as he suggested. The Montana Vet suggested injecting the nuflor directly above the infected joints, as opposed to in the neck where we'd previously been giving the shot. Well, I dont know if it was fate or what. But after the above infected joint shots, the calf has recovered and is normal now.(we hope for good) She can run like the wind! I just thought I would pass this on, incase someone else ever has this problem.
