Any good jerky recipes out there? I love beef jerky, but never really been successful at making it. If you have any recipes or tips, let me know.

Slice or have sliced lean round roast, all visible fat removed, as it will go rancid. Cut into 1in strips. Season and/or marinate, and lay on a screen in the oven at 160 degrees until it is dry.

For anyone that plans to use the above information; I edited it to make it 160 degrees instead of 150 degrees as I originally posted.
