JD 5525 v JD 5420

Comparing these 2 with similar HP, what is the biggest difference between them? Does the 5420 have a raised center floor and the 5525 have a clear platform?

Are you looking at cab or open platforms? The 5525 is rated at 91hp, the 5420 is like 81 i think. The 20 series is older than the 25 series. Bascially the 25 replaced the 20, i have a cab 5525 and its been a good tractor so far.

Just bought a 5525 about 5 months ago so far I love it for me it's just about the right size. Big enough to handle all my equipment but not so big that its hard to monuver around in the barn lot.
