My well pipe union piece some how got a hole I was going to have to pull alot of crap cut re glue more pvc then I remembered JB weld had a pipe repair tape gets hard like a cast. Saved me work and or plumber call.

Is the piece with the hole a piece of hose? There is also a product called "rescue tape". It comes in a roll and 1 1/2" wide. You unwrap it and it stretches and molds to itself. I've used this to fix a split in the axle boot on a 4x4, and it stayed on!
