Thats how we know it here. It has the very strong radish taste and gets as big as a football if planted correctly. The tuber and leaves are fed to cattle as supplement fodder. We plant in late summer and start feeding when radish is about 10cm in diameter. By midwinter the radish has reached that size and continues to grow and can last in the ground until early spring. It is also frost tolerant. Potential yield appr 12tons/ha.
