This is crazy, but might as well profile some also. I bet the mom and cousin are on the government teat. He only allegedly robbed the store, I'd say what needs to be done to this young man but Fitz thinks I'm over zealous. With a mom like that what kind of results would someone expect.

I'm looking at this on my phone, and it often cuts pictures off, but it looks to me like there are two people holding that sign, and that hand belongs to the other person.
