I had radical prostate surgery in August of '07. The main reason for the surgery of course was to eliminate the cancer. That seems to have been 100% successful and I am very thankful for that. BUT, there have been complications that have not been fun to live with. I will only say that, no, I don't function even close to what I once did. I have tried nearly every method they have suggested, from the pills to pumps, etc. with little or no success. There is also urinary problems. I have had to learn to live with these problems. It is not always easy, but i have to play with the cards I asked to have dealt. I still enjoy life for the most part. Would I do it again? I honestly don't know. Touchy subject I know, but I just wanted to tell you my experience. Ron
