Even commercial folks have a reputation at the sales barn. most of the time that equates to a few extra pennies per pound. your in sales you should know that marketing is a factor in everything . even you have to market yourself when you looking for a GAL. or do you just stand on the corner and hope someone comes by and says your the one.

I was wrong and said something I didn't mean or even realize it
He took offense to it
I was wrong

I've talked to TB via PM in the past to resolve things.
I know a little about him and try really hard not to cause him a problem but everyone has their limits
