I have been noticing a few cows that have intestinal lining (or at least I think) in their stool. I noticed it in the parlor because sometimes their poop lands on a pipe and there was this stringyish gooey stuff hanging off. I'm pretty sure it's it's intestinal lining but I don't know what that means if that is what it is. Also of the couple of cows I've seen with this stuff in their stool, their stool still looks good and healthy. Let me know if you have any idea of what this is and how to get rid of it or if it's even bad. Thanks!

Coccidia? Take a stool sample to the vet if you're worried about. Easily treatable but need to catch it in time.

Sounds like you're seeing mucus membrane and not intestinal lining.
Since the stool/manure looks good and healthy it is not coccidiosis in my opinion.
My guess is some sort of inflammation or injury to the gut caused it.
If she is maintaining milk production and normal manure it can't be too bad.
Whenever examining a cow you should take her temperature.... 104 degrees call a vet.

edit to add:
just saw it's more than 2 cows with it... maybe stool sample to vet is a good idea.
