Definitely not the cleanest looking butcher plant I've ever seen. I love the wooden cutting blocks. Lack of hair nets. Cigarette dangling from his mouth and I must assume lack of air conditioning. Yep. Its our fault for sure. Don't these people know California dairy cattle are happy not mad.
