"The Crossing" by Winston Churchill (yes, THAT Winston Churchill). Includes Andrew Jackson and George Rogers Clark, a local legend in Indiana, I read a copy a friend bought at a yard sale and loaned to me. I don't know if it is still in print. It won a Nobel Prize for literature in 1913 (I think)(The Nobel likely allowed Churchill to purchase more Champaigne).
