Immune Responses to Dermatophilus congolensis Infections

Hi everyone, I am from Poland. I just find out that my cow has Immune Responses to Dermatophilus congolensis Infections. It seem spread to others too. Do you have any suggestion to treat it. How does it come? I look on google and very much worried for her.

It comes from cattle being too wet. Wet bedding, standing in the rain, etc. The lesions will go away on their own in most cases if you can keep the cattle dry.

thank you. yeah I do recognize it comes and goes. but never completely cure.
