I have a Pregnant cow not eating

Hi! I have a cow that was recently purchased from an auction. She's 6months pregnant, has completely stopped eating. Tried every type of feed. Been vetted they can't find anything wrong. Any suggestions?

Have blood tests shown up any anomalies???? I assume if the vet saw it and could not find anything clinically then they would draw blood and get some profiles done.
