How do you prepare razor clams?

I have had clams in a wine mustard sauce so good you'd throw the clams out and sop the sauce with good bread.

Dip in milk dredge in flour and deep fry, or chowder or fritters is my favorite!

Yes we would grind the geoduck and make chowder or fritters.


This is a nice size Razor clams, 15 is the daily limit when season is open.
