Weather man said slight chance of rain today, no more than a quarter inch. So I started mowing hay yesterday. Got 20 acres knocked down, 30 to go. Started raining around 1pm. Just caught the 4 o'clock forecast. Weather man said we've had 5" so far this afternoon . Flash flood watch for the whole county.

I guess I won't have to start hauling water to the cows for a while longer.
