Eating good and eating healthy can go together like peas and carrots (thank you Forrest Gump!). :lol:
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a health freak, but I do try to cook as healthy as I can for the wife and kids. When shopping for foods, look for this:
hydrogenated
Study the word, Google the word, and then you will probably avoid anything that has the word in the ingredient list.
Let us eat naturally.
Let us eat safe.
