Land fall projected to be near Ft Myers/Port Charlotte.

My aunt is in Rotunda, decided to ride it out. Haven't heard from her yet, hope everything is ok, all things considered. Looks like it got nasty there, maybe only a mile or so from the center it looks like.

I sure hope she is ok. This was not one to be ridden out.

I just looked up Rotunda on Google Maps, that's a very interesting place.

A tanker is delivering fuel to us. We used 2200 gallon before 9:30 this morning. Filling up utility company trucks.
So far I have fueled trucks from New Hampshire, Texas, Mississippi, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Florida.

Finally heard from her, she's fine but obviously a good bit of damage in the area. She said it was scary as hell. I don't think I ever want to hear what 150 mph wind sounds like.
